Unlike the retail version of Shadow Fall, the multiplayer trial period will not require you to have a PlayStation Plus subscription to play. ET on March 3, all PlayStation 4 owners will be able to download a Shadow Fall multiplayer client from the PlayStation Store and play for the subsequent week. The free week will begin just before the launch of the game's first map pack, which will be released for free - like all Shadow Fall map packs - on March 4.
