My first room had no heat, I called and asked for another room. The lobby is decent, the hotel staff are efficient. The commute to the hotel took 5 minutes from DCA. I used my cell to call the shuttle from baggage claim area, there were signs that say hotel shuttles outside. I ended up at this hotel by default during an ice storm in DC.
